EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS

Through an existing client relationship, VJS was asked to seek and evaluate options to acquire and assemble a parcel of land on the south side of Milwaukee to support the development of a private, faith-based K-12 school. VJS Development Group worked in collaboration with VJS Construction Services to identify and evaluate the feasibility of various sites, ultimately assisting in the acquisition of 14 parcels, including industrial sites and surrounding residential homes and public right of way to assemble approximately 12 acres for the project. VJS Development Group also assisted in assembling the design team and public relations consultants to help navigate a challenging zoning and approval process. VJS Construction Services provided all pre-construction and construction administration. When Augustine Prep outgrew their first school, VJS Development worked to obtain and assemble an additional 33 properties over 2.31 acres just north of their existing campus.
