Through an existing client relationship, VJS Development Group was retained by Westbury Bank for their brokerage services to locate and evaluate possible location for a new corporate headquarters for the bank. VJS Development Group worked collaboratively with VJS Construction Services and their design and estimating team to quickly assess possible options for space utilization and budget feasibility. VJS located an existing off market office building and negotiated the sale and lease back with the existing owner of the building. Westbury Bank will occupy approximately 18,000 square feet of the building which VJS Development led the design and construction team to convert the new space to a high quality office space.
