Admiral’s Wharf, LLC plans to redevelop the property into a multi-unit apartment building to meet the demand of the downtown revitalization efforts for housing in the City of Milwaukee. The best use for the redevelopment of this site is
multi-family as it is the gateway from the Historic Third Ward to the up and coming area of the Walkers Point Neighborhood with the Milwaukee River intersecting the two neighborhoods. This project is expected to significantly increase the tax base, adding short and long-term value for the City of Milwaukee.
