VJS Headquarters
VJS Development Group, LLC and VJS Construction Services, Inc. teamed up to perform a complete transformation of an existing building in Pewaukee, WI. In 2005, the once-drab concrete block building, previously home to a manufacturing and warehouse facility with few windows, was transformed into an award winning building. The two-story structure serves as the headquarters for VJS Development Group, LLC and VJS Construction Services, Inc. and illustrates a portfolio of the company’s work. Approximately 27,000 square feet is dedicated to office functions, and 15,000 square feet is used for shop and storage.

The Metropolitan
This mixed use project is a joint venture development in the Village of Shorewood, Wisconsin. The four story building featuring 22 residential condominiums and 10,000 square feet of street level retail space was initiated through the redevelopment of a contaminated site controlled by the Village. Tax Incremental Financing was utilized to acquire and clean up the site to facilitate the new development.

City Center Medical Office Building
This joint venture development is one of the anchors of a mixed use town center concept known as City Center in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The 26,000 square foot building was 75% pre-leased during construction to two major Milwaukee area health care providers, Childrens Medical Group and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.

Blackstone Creek
In joining forces with a reputable golf course operator, VJS acquired an existing, underutilized 27 hole golf course in Germantown, Wisconsin. The property was rezoned and rebranded to accommodate a master planned, mixed use development consisting of 174 residential, duplex and single family, condominiums and a 10 acre boutique commercial development anchored by an established 18 hole golf course.

Mt. Pleasant Commerce Center
This 16,500 square foot retail center is part of an out lot of Super Wal-Mart in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The Center was built in 2000 by VJS Construction Services. Some of the current tenants in the building are Milwaukee PC, Weight Watchers, and Quizno’s.

728 North James Lovell
This three story, 45,000 square foot former industrial building in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin was acquired, environmentally remediated, and renovated into commercial condominiums. The basement was converted to provide 32 stalls of underground, heated parking.
